Nu ska jag ber\u00e4tta en viktig sak som de allra flesta g\u00f6r fel n\u00e4r man \u00e4r p\u00e5 intervju och hur man g\u00f6r f\u00f6r att undvika det i forts\u00e4ttningen.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4stan alla jobbintervjuer b\u00f6rjar p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt; ”S\u00e5 ber\u00e4tta lite om dig sj\u00e4lv<\/strong>”, och i de flesta fall, \u00e4r svaret som f\u00f6ljer en f\u00f6rlorad m\u00f6jlighet att skapa intryck! De allra flesta svarar med att ber\u00e4tta om sin \u00e5lder, bostadsort, tidigare utbildningar, jobb etc. Allt som redan st\u00e5r i CV!<\/strong> R\u00e4tt s\u00e5 dumt va?!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anv\u00e4nd ist\u00e4llet den inbjudande fr\u00e5gan till att ber\u00e4tta en liten ber\u00e4ttelse<\/strong> om dig sj\u00e4lv eftersom ber\u00e4ttelser har en f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att skapa intryck och f\u00e5 dig att sticka ut. Ber\u00e4ttelser skapar ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rtroende i rekryteringsprocessen och rekrytering handlar mycket om tillit.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5nga rekryterare och arbetsgivare jag m\u00f6ter uppskattar en bra personstory eftersom ber\u00e4ttelsen ger dig liv och g\u00f6r dig minnesv\u00e4rd. Att arbeta fram n\u00e5gra personstories \u00e4r inte sv\u00e5rt om man vet hur man ska g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att inte g\u00f6ra om samma misstag igen\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
